The traditional 5-Star-Hôtel Bristol is situated
in the centre of the festival city, between the Mirabell Gardens and Mozart's dwelling house - only 5 minutes walking distance from the famous "Getreidegasse".
Archbishop Wolf-Dietrich planned, towards the end of the 16th century, to build a palace with gardens for his brother Rudolf Hannibal.
This is where the Hôtel Bristol and the Makartplatz are today situated.
For meetings & festivities our 2 suites "Makart" & "Karajan" (20 - 40 m²) and also our Kristallsaal (100 m²) offer you a splendid atmosphere.
In our highly recommended restaurant "Polo Lounge", Mr. Widl creates specialities varying, according to the season, from the typical Austrian and Italian kitchens in combination with an excellent selection of wine.
