Trachten Forstenlechner
Information
Trachten Forstenlechner presents a unique fashion style in its collections, demonstrating a love of tradition and a keen sense of new Tracht trends. Roman Forstenlechner laid the cornerstone for Trachten Forstenlechner in 1953, opening a shop in a beautiful burgher house with a baroque façade on Mozart Square. The shop in the heart of Salzburg's historic city center quickly became a preferred address for Tracht enthusiasts from around the world. To enlarge the sales area, a second shop in the same building was added in 1988. Trachten Forstenlechner opened the first shop for stylish men's Tracht in the spring of 2003. Today Liane and Reinhard Forstenlechner ensure that the best quality of fabrics and high-quality workmanship go into their Tracht apparel to preserve traditions while keeping abreast of new fashion styles.
