Information
The Water Museum is part of the overhead reservoir on the Mönchsberg. It holds 25,000 m³ of water and is a major source of water in the city of Salzburg.
The history of the water supply system is documented with a number of interesting exhibits, inviting visitors to explore the world of Salzburg's water supply system.

Opening hours 2012:
Every first saturday of the month, noon-4 pm

Guided tours for 5 people or more, by prior arrangement.
Duration: 1-1.5 hours. Bring along warm clothes - temperatur: 10°C.
Handicapped: sightseeing difficult but possible in small groups (max 3 people + compagnion for each).
Entrance free, volontary donations.
