Betriebsbesichtigung - Augustiner Bräu
The Augustiner Brewery in Salzburg Mülln was founded by Augustinian monks in 1621. To this day, the beer is brewed according to an old recipe and largely by hand. This gives Augustiner beer a very special, distinctive character.
Guided tour
- Brewery tour by the brewers behind the scenes of the Augustiner brewery, into a "lebendes Braumuseum" [living brewery museum]
- Austria's last cooling vessel with open cooling of the beer wort
- "Path of the beer" – from brewhouse to bottling
