The modern Paracelsus Bad & Kurhaus lies in the heart of Salzburg and on the edge of world-famous Mirabell Gardens. It is Salzburg’s most modern swimming pool and features a wide range of offers for families along with impressive sauna facilities. A special highlight: a sauna on the roof terrace with magnificent views of the Salzburg historic district.
Paracelsus Bad & Kurhaus offers bathing enjoyment and recreation for hobby athletes, leisurely swimmers as well as for families. The swimming pool draws guests with a lap pool, a family and kiddie pool with mini slide, along with a water-climbing wall, tube slide, bubble-jet loungers and a lazy river.
The spacious sauna area comprises an organic and herbal sauna, a steam bath, infrared cabin and various relaxation opportunities. The outdoor terrace, which is open year-round, is the highlight of the entire facility, treating guests to spectacular views of the historic district.
The treatment rooms of the public Kurhaus span two floors. Playing a central role in treatments is peat from Leopoldskron – a natural resource that has been dug out of the ground for the best part of 200 years, and which is processed locally into mud baths and mud wraps. In the modern facilities of Paracelsus Bad & Kurhaus, services also include physiotherapy, massages, exercise programs, sub-aqua and electrotherapy.
Visitors to Paracelsus Bad & Kurhaus benefit from a broad, thoughtfully conceived culinary offer: The Paracelsus. Kitchen in the Park on the ground floor of this visionary new building is also accessible without an admission ticket. In the pool restaurant, the focus is on quick, healthy cuisine, while the emphasis of the sauna restaurant is quality personal service.
The underground car park Paracelsusbad has space for 69 parking spaces.
