- Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival
- From 21 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booking value will be charged.
Season 1 & season 2:
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival
- From 72 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booking value will be charged.
- For non-arrivals / no shows, 90% of the booking value will also be charged.
Garage:For parking in the underground car park, we charge a daily amount of €5 per parking space.

COOL MAMA is located directly at the motorway A1. You can reach us by taking the exit “Messe”. Traffic signs in the city and on the motorway, will show you the way to the int. Exhibition and Convention Center Salzburg and the Salzburgarena. COOL MAMA is in the immediate vicinity of the Exhibition Center.
