It is nestled in an idyllic, peaceful landscape on the outskirts of Salzburg with a wonderful view of the Untersberg mountain. The very quiet yet central location in the conservation area of Leopoldskron – world famous for its healing mud – guarantees a relaxing but very varied holiday. Our house is set in a beautiful garden with a natural fishpond and adjoining enclosure with red deer. Loving details make for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We look forward to your visit! Rooms Each of the single and double rooms is individually furnished with beautiful antique, rustic wooden furniture and is equipped with a shower, toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi access, hairdryer and clock radio. Some have a balcony. On request an extra bed or cot can be provided. Included in the room rate is a plentiful typical Salzburg breakfast which in summer can be served on the terrace with fantastic panoramic views. Room Rates Double: Euro 60,- to 70,- Single *: Euro 40,- to 50,- Triple: Euro 90,- *(single= double room for single use) For one night stays only a surcharge of 6 €/person will be applied. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Pets are not permitted. Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Directions Exit Salzburg-Mitte coming from Vienna: Take the motorway exit Salzburg-Mitte in the direction of the city centre (about 2 km) – turn right into the Rudolf-Biebl-Straße – Aiglhofstraße, then into the Moosstraße. Go straight on for about 6 km. Our guest house is located on the right hand side of the road (about 100m off of the Moosstraße). Exit Salzburg-West coming from Germany: Take the motorway exit Salzburg West and follow the Innsbrucker Bundesstraße (3 km) to the Maxglaner Hauptstraße. Then turn right towards the city centre. After about 3km turn right into the Moosstraße. Exit Salzburg-Süd coming from Italy: Take the motorway exit Salzburg-Süd in the direction of Grödig – pass through the village of Grödig towards Glanegg. From Glanegg turn right into the Moosstraße (Salzburg), after about 2 km you will find our guesthouse on the left hand side (about 100m off of the Moosstraße). From the train station or city centre by public transport: From the train station take bus no. 1 to Makartplatz in the city centre. From here change to line no. 21. After about 20 minutes you will reach the stop “Hochleitner”. From here it is just a 2 minute walk to our guesthouse.
