Accessibility Statement
This statement was created on June 3, 2025. The assessment of the website's compliance with the Web Accessibility Act implementing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out in the form of an accessibility audit conducted by Accessiway in accordance with WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA.
feratel media technologies AG strives to make the TOSC5 website widget accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) as amended to implement Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 28, 2025 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.
This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the TOSC5 website widget (booking and information widget) integrated into this website.
Status of compliance with requirements
The TOSC5 website widget partially complies with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V 3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
- C.9.1.1.1 - For some non-textual content presented to you, there is no equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
- C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available via text);
- C.9.1.3.2 - In some cases where the order in which content is presented affects its meaning, this is done only visually and not structurally;
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, except for the exceptions provided for in the regulations (e.g., logos);
- C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (e.g., data tables or maps) is not rearranged when resized;
- C.9.2.1.1 - Some features cannot be activated using the keyboard (or a similar input interface);
- C.9.2.2.2 - Some animations, flashing, sliding, or self-updating information starts automatically, lasts longer than five seconds, or is presented in parallel with other content, and there are no mechanisms to stop or hide it;
- C.9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation order affects the meaning and functionality, some objects that can receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality;
- C.9.2.4.6 - Headers and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify the content or functionality;
- C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input;
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, the components of the user interface (including: form elements, links, and script-generated components...) do not have correct or set names, roles, states, properties, and values, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without shifting focus;
b) Exceptions due to disproportionate burden
- Making the PDFs contained in the TOSC5 website widget accessible and creating the accessibility statement in easy-to-read language currently represents a disproportionate burden. They therefore constitute an exception.
c) This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions
- A version in sign language is not mandatory.

The Social Ministry Service will review complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the Social Ministry Service must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
