Toihaus Theatre Salzburg

The Toihaus Salzburg is an important cultural meeting place for families in the city. Since its foundation in 1993, the theatre has staged numerous outstanding productions for young audiences, with the aim of encouraging children and young people to take an interest in theatre. In addition to its own productions, the Toihaus also features guest performances from Germany and abroad.

 Since 2007, the Toihaus Theatre has organised the BimBam Festival, which presents contemporary, international theatre for small children and toddlers every two years. It is also a member of the Small Size network, a worldwide cooperation of theatres featuring productions for small children.
