ARKADENKULTUR #96: Fabian Schumann Trio
The ARKADENKULTUR will once again offer high-caliber music from local artists in 2026. Every Sunday evening, one can wind down the weekend with live music in the magnificent Living Room in Salzburg Schallmoos.
After the successful launch of the debut album "STROM" at the Salzburg Jazzit, the journey continues. The trio plays new songs that lie somewhere between jazz and folklore. Fabian Schumann presents the zithers with an unheard freshness. Groovy and distorted, yet also lyrical and virtuosic. The exceptional violinist Guillermo Martinez pours his soul into the strings, and Klaus Kircher brings the necessary depth to the trio with the bass. All three are experienced improvisers and reinvent Fabian’s (and others') compositions anew each time. Experience a completely new sound world where tradition meets innovation.
