Augsburg Philharmonic – Marc Bouchkov
Experience a musical dialogue at the Mozarteum with works by Mozart, Shor, and Schumann. An evening full of tradition and renewal with Marc Bouchkov on the violin.
The Augsburg Philharmonic presents a concert conducted by Domonkos Héja in the Great Hall of the Mozarteum.
Marc Bouchkov will perform the Violin Concerto No. 7 by Alexey Shor, which translates late Romantic soloist aesthetics into a contemporary sound language.
Mozart's "Six German Dances" KV 571 opens the program and embodies the rhythmic vitality of Viennese Classicism. The concert concludes with Robert Schumann's Symphony No. 1 in B-flat major, the "Spring Symphony," as a hymnic orchestral image of new beginnings.
