Children's Musical Week "Francis"
The Dommusik Salzburg will offer a musical holiday program for children aged 8 to 12 for the first time in 2026. Under the direction of Cathedral Music Director Andrea Foumier, songs and texts from the children's musical "Franziskus" will be rehearsed over the course of 5 days.
This piece recounts the life and work of St. Francis of Assisi, whose 800th anniversary of death we celebrate this year. At the end of the week, the piece will be performed in front of an audience.
The children are supervised continuously during the rehearsal period. Meal and break times are included.
When: Mon., July 27 - Fri., July 31, 2026, from 9 AM to 4 PM
Where: Dommusik Salzburg, Kapitelplatz 3, 5020 Salzburg
Cost per child: € 150,- (including snack and lunch)
