Georges Bizet's world-famous opera – cheeky, fiery, and with a happy ending!

The Philharmonie Salzburg presents a child-friendly version of Georges Bizet's opera Carmen. With fiery rhythms, sounds of castanets, and unforgettable melodies, the concert tells the story of the brave Carmen, who fights for her freedom. Will Carmen choose love or her freedom?

Under the musical direction of Elisabeth Fuchs, Katharina Gudmundsson as Carmen, Yvonne Moules as Micaëla, Michael Zabanoff as Don José, and Fernando Araujo as Escamillo, among others, will perform.
The performance lasts 60 minutes without intermission.
