Gentle Hike: Joint-Friendly Gaisberg Trail

Guided hike to the highest point of the urban area (1,288m).


The hike starts at the parking lot by the Zistelalm at about 1,000 m, and we will ascend to the summit plateau at a moderate pace.
Details
approx. 300 m elevation gain and 3 km, mostly along flat hiking trails
Joint and muscle-friendly moderate pace
Refreshment opportunities at the summit plateau and at the starting point - accessible with Regional Bus 151 (departing, for example, from Mirabellplatz)
Hiking boots and weather-appropriate active clothing
Hiking poles (can be rented for a fee of 5 EUR - please inform when booking)
Condition for 1.5-2 hours of activity at a moderate walking pace
