Escuela Grind, an extreme metal band from New England, USA, has been pushing the boundaries of grindcore, death metal, and hardcore since its founding in 2016. Led by the charismatic vocalist Katerina Economou, the band is known for its incredibly hostile sound and an unexpectedly positive, empowering message. Their musical style, a 'metallic hardcore monster,' combines the lightning-fast blast beats of grindcore with the tremendous weight of modern death metal and the raw energy of power violence. They have evolved from an insider tip of the underground scene to a leading force in modern heavy music.
