Music in the Mirabell Garden: Frysk Jeugdorkest
International choirs, musicians, orchestras, and brass bands from all over the world transform the baroque garden in the heart of the city into an open-air stage.
During "Music in Mirabell Garden," musicians from around the world are invited to fill the baroque garden with music. Whether young talents or experienced musicians – they all create a lively live program with a variety of music styles for visitors of all ages.
The concert area is located behind the fountain in the western part of Mirabell Garden, near the hedge theater.
Entry is free – just come by and enjoy!
The Frisian Youth Choir Orchestra was founded in 1977 and consists of a group of young and enthusiastic amateur musicians. The orchestra has a symphonic composition of about sixty members.
