Music Salon: Andrés Coll Cosmic Trio
The Sunday series curated by Andreas Neumayer makes an exciting leap between jazz and chamber music in the late afternoon.
Avant-Groove - expressive trio between ethno-jazz, spiritual jazz, and avantgarde
The Andrés Coll Cosmic Trio calls its sound "Avant-Groove": a music where the expressive freedom of the avantgarde meets strong rhythmic impulses and the musical traditions of Spain and Poland. The trio moves between ethno-jazz, spiritual jazz, and free improvisation – with a lot of energy, joy of playing, and a very unique approach to groove and tradition.
