Open-air exhibition on the Marko Feingold bridge
The cultural department of the city of Salzburg, in collaboration with the Salzburg Museum, presents an open-air exhibition on the Marko-Feingold-Steg this year as well. The exhibition was curated by Albert Lichtblau and Hannes Sulzenbacher, chief curator of the Jewish Museum Vienna.
The Marko-Feingold Bridge once again becomes a publicly visible place of remembrance and engagement. The exhibition is dedicated to a term that originates from Yiddish and has long been part of Austrian usage: "Chuzpe." This refers not only to audacity or shamelessness but also, in a positive sense, to courage, quick-wittedness, civil courage, and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations.
