In his solo cabaret "Director's Cut," he recounts how an application with a radical vision for the future – not only for the school but for life itself – convinced the committee. With sharp wit and reflective moments, he connects his passion for teaching with cabaret-style sharpness. Haider reflects on changes in direction, societal upheavals, and the question of who actually bears the responsibility to initiate change.
