SUNRISE YOGA at the Kuenburgbastei
Bucket list moment
A yoga experience that is second to none: First, we walk up to the fortress together - to enjoy a pleasant early-bird yoga flow in the open air, high above the baroque towers of the city. And while we enjoy the view and flow through the asanas, the city comes to life below us.
PROCEDURE
6.50 a.m. Meeting point at the bottom of the fortress for the ascent on foot (approx. 20 min.)
7.15 a.m. Meeting point at the top in the courtyard of the fortress
7.30 - 8.30 a.m. SUNRISE YOGA on the Kuenburg bastion
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Please bring your own mat.
- Everyone is welcome, beginners & pros
- Of course you can also go up yourself.
- Attention: The fortress cable car only runs from 8.30 am. This means that only the descent is possible by cable car.
- The event will not take place if it rains.
