Experience the landmark of the city in the dark, listen to old legends and tales, and explore the darkest corners of the fortress with a flashlight: all this is offered by the family-friendly flashlight tour for Halloween at Hohensalzburg Fortress. In keeping with the Halloween theme, the history of the festival as well as traditions from then and now will also be explained. The tour will be conducted in German.

IMPORTANT: The fortress cable car will likely operate only until shortly after 5 p.m. on that day. After that, you will need to walk up to the fortress and also walk back down after the tour (approx. 100 meters in elevation, approx. 15 minutes, not stroller accessible).
