The operetta 'Die Fledermaus' by Johann Strauss (Son) is a humorous masterpiece of classical music, performed in three acts. The plot revolves around Gabriel von Eisenstein, who is supposed to begin a prison sentence. However, his friend Dr. Falke advises him to attend a ball held by Prince Orlofsky first, as part of a plan to take revenge on Eisenstein.

All puppets and the entire set were produced in the workshops of the Salzburg Marionette Theatre.
