Those who laugh have no time to cry! (Only tears of joy) Humour as a medium of reflection. In his current exhibition, freelance artist and illustrator Thomas Selinger presents a symbiosis of narrative art and sequential storytelling.

His goal: to solidify modern illustration as an independent discipline within the visual arts and give it new space.

At the center is the engagement to make the world a little better through his art. Through the lens of humorism, Selinger creates "artistic road signs" that illuminate social issues with subtle polemic. The works invite breaking free from entrenched thought patterns – because he who laughs, wins. "My artistic path is closely linked to humorism – a field that I have been continuously developing for years in order to establish it as an independent form of expression in contemporary art history."

The exhibition can be seen until February 27, 2026, at Mozartplatz!
