Women's voices: Carreño-Quartet
With the Frauenstimmen concert series, which has taken place regularly since 2010, the Maria Anna Mozart Society organizes the longest-running concert series in Austria dedicated to the music of female composers. Only programs whose music is at least 75 percent by female composers will be accepted.
Carreño Quartet
Susanne Hehenberger (Violin), Constanze Germann-Bauer (Violin), Romana Kemlein-Laber (Viola) and Maria José Navarro Rodriguez (Cello) perform works by Maddalena Laura Lombardini-Sirmen (1745–1818), Fanny Hensel (1805–1847), Teresa Carreño (1853–1917), Dora Pejačević (1885–1923) and Johanna Doderer (*1969)
