Charitable Advent Market at the Alter Markt
The Old Market in the old town of Salzburg has served as a marketplace since the 13th century. For over 25 years now, an Advent market has taken place here during the pre-Christmas season, which serves a good cause.
Advent Market for a Good Cause
At the Old Market in the heart of the old town, good is being done during Advent. The huts and stalls are operated exclusively by volunteer organizations. In total, more than 60 organizations are active here throughout the Advent season.
Any consumption serves a good cause, and the organizer is the Lions Club Salzburg Mirabell.
