Salzburg Christmas Museum
The Salzburg Christmas Museum sheds light on the Christmas season in all its facets. The exhibition showcases a unique cultural-historical collection in Europe.
The Christmas Museum is located above the Café Glockenspiel at Mozartplatz in the old town.
Under the motto "Celebrations between Advent and New Year from 1840 to 1940," the special collection pieces gathered by Ursula Kloiber over nearly 50 years are presented.
The main exhibition includes eleven different thematic areas, complemented by special exhibitions. What is special about the Christmas Museum is that it can be visited almost year-round.
