Advent market at Salzachsee
The Advent market on the shores of the Salzachsee lake offers creative arts and crafts, organic culinary delicacies and pre-Christmas traditions in an idyllic setting.
The small Advent market in the landscape protection area Salzachsee-Saalachspitz opened its doors for the first time in 2023. At 15 market stalls, high-quality products from the region are offered. In addition to culinary delights and handicrafts, a varied supporting program awaits the guests:
- Krampus runs
- Pony rides for children, Saturday-Sunday from 12 p.m. (except in bad weather)
- Every Saturday craft hour for children from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Visit of the Christ Child on Advent Sundays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- On Saturdays and Sundays, brass groups provide a festive atmosphere from 5 p.m.
