Discgolf Anlage Salzachsee

The area at the Salzachsee-Süd playground on Schmiedingerstraße (corner of Theodostraße) has been Salzburg's first disc golf course since 2023.

There are 6 disc golf baskets on the spacious area, which can be played from 12 defined launch points. Disc golf is a sport in which discs (also known as frisbees or discs) are thrown from a launch area into a target (disc golf basket) with as few throws as possible. The existing trees, bushes and terrain are welcome obstacles.

  • suitable for anyone who can throw a Frisbee
  • compared to other courses, the lanes are kept short, which is particularly suitable for beginners
