At Ludwig, it's all about high-quality food from the region. Daily fresh Austrian organic beef, grilled medium over the flame, fresh brioche buns from the traditional baker, and handmade fries from fresh organic potatoes. Of course, there are also vegetarian and vegan burger creations. The salad bowls and desserts also focus on regional (organic) products and honest craftsmanship.
