A Culinary Time Travel

Candlelight dinners are for everyone – at the Mozart Dinner Concert, you will immerse yourself in the time of Mozart! You will experience an evening as it could have taken place in the year 1790. The location for this is the candlelit baroque hall in the St. Peter Stiftskeller. A historically authentic atmosphere: Even the Mozarts were among the guests of the oldest restaurant in Europe.

Dine like Mozart

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was extremely fond of culinary delights and often wrote about them in his letters. The three-course menu of the Mozart Dinner Concert is based on historical recipes, adapted for the modern palate and according to the season. It is served between the musical performances.

A Treat for the Ears and the Taste Buds

Two opera singers and five instrumentalists from the Amadeus Consort are responsible for the musical program. Dressed as Mozart's contemporaries, they deliver a grand performance. Whether it's The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni, or The Marriage of Figaro: here you will hear many familiar melodies from the great Mozart operas.
