Ploom

Ploom is a dirndl manufactory with a new take on classic traditional costume fashion. The creations are produced in exquisite limited series, with careful attention to detail, and sold in the company's own shops, connected with the studio.

Classic traditional fashion reinterpreted

The designer and owner Tanja Pflaum bases her designs on the spirit of the age, combining the design of the old craftsmanship of costume tailoring with current fashion trends. Remarkably authentically, she builds a bridge between traditional and young-modern fashion. This creates access for all those who want to rediscover and maintain their love for our roots and traditions.

The Dirndl manufactory places great emphasis on high-quality manufacturing processes throughout the production process and is guided by loving craftsmanship and traditional models. The materials for the Ploom collection are sourced from local companies and exclusively sewn in Europe. The Ploom label seeks to unite the awareness of trends with a love for craftsmanship. A selected network of high-quality stores also sells the collection in Austria, Germany, and Italy.

In 2025, the collection will be expanded with a men’s collection consisting of men’s shirts, cashmere cardigans, and vests.
