The gourmet restaurant at the Hotel Sacher in Salzburg has been preserved in its original state since its opening in 1866 and still impresses today with its authentic, rustic charm. Savour Austrian classics as well as seasonal and refined creations by head chef Michael Gahleitner, who has been awarded a Gault Millau toque, while enjoying a magnificent view of the Salzach river.
