Trachten Forstenlechner
Trachten Forstenlechner presents a unique fashion style in its collections, demonstrating a love of tradition and a keen sense of new Tracht trends. Roman Forstenlechner laid the cornerstone for Trachten Forstenlechner in 1953, opening a shop in a beautiful town house with a baroque façade on Mozart Square.
The store quickly became the preferred address for traditional costume enthusiasts from all over the world. In 1988, a second store was opened in the same building, expanding the sales area. In spring 2003, Trachten Forstenlechner opened the first men's specialty store for stylish traditional costume.
Today, Liane and Reinhard Forstenlechner ensure the best quality of materials and high-quality workmanship, thus preserving tradition while still keeping up with fashion.
Since 2019, Mariella Forstenlechner, the third generation, has been involved in combining new ideas with the tried-and-true.
