Since the 19th century, the Grünmarkt has taken place in the shadow of the Kollegienkirche at the Universitätsplatz. Daily, except on Sundays and public holidays, one can browse here: From bread and baked goods to meat and fish products, as well as fruits and vegetables, everything is available.

Especially on Saturdays, when the market extends to Wiener-Philharmoniker-Gasse up to Max-Reinhardt-Platz, the Grünmarkt is surrounded by a very special aura.
