EUROPARK - Shopping Center

The EUROPARK in Salzburg Taxham is regarded as one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Europe and offers 36,000 m² of very special shopping experiences – amid modern and multiple-award-winning architecture.


The fascination of Shopping

Italian star architect Massimiliano Fuksas was responsible for the fascinating, multiple-award-winning architecture of the Europark. On over 36,000 m², 130 shops stock the perfect items for all tastes and all ages. Whether fashion, purses, cosmetics, jewelry, furniture, literature, electrical appliances, the various international Shopping chains as well as Austrian manufacturers fulfill your every wish. Numerous service providers (hair salons, ticket office, pharmacy, post office etc.) add the finishing touches to the colorful mix of businesses.

Outstanding dining opportunities

Before, after or during their Shopping expedition, shoppers are able to unwind for a while at any one of numerous mall eateries. And thanks to DIDIlicious by Didi Maier, the EUROPARK even boasts one restaurant that has been awarded “one toque” by Gault Millau. Furthermore, the EUROPARK is home to yaoyao, an Asian specialty restaurant, and Glorious Bastards with pizza, burgers and an in-house brewery. The Bakery by Didi Maier, Starbucks as well as Café Cappuccino all invite you to sit down and while away a few moments over coffee and cake.

Oval - the stage at the EUROPARK

The Oval is actually a theater inside EUROPARK Salzburg. Designed by Massimiliano Fuksas and offering every technological refinement imaginable, the theater seats as many as 250 guests. The Oval provides a platform for cabaret, theater, concerts and films – with entertainment for everyone guaranteed. 

Attractions for kids

Children will definitely find a home-away-from-home at the EUROPARK. At the unique Kids Club, Salzburg’s biggest indoor adventure playground, they can let out all of that youthful energy to their heart’s content.
Upon request and for a small fee, the youngsters can also be looked after by a trained kindergarten professional right there on the first floor.

Close and easy to reach

The EUROPARK is located at the very end of Klessheimer Allee and right next to the A1 autobahn (“Klessheim” exit). By car, you are only around 10 minutes from the city center.

Parking
  • 4200 free parking spaces are available for guests of the EUROPARK.
Public transport
  • you can ride the No.1 trolley bus from the main station as well as the No.20 bus from the city center (“Hanuschplatz” stop),
  • or you might prefer to use the suburban railway (“S-Bahn”) line which runs between Berchtesgaden and Golling-Abtenau.
