A legendary evening with Wallis Bird, a Kyuss & QOTSA tribute, indie rock from Catastrophe & Cure, and newcomer gems. Celebrate 33 years of Rockhouse with intense live music in Salzburg!
For the 33rd birthday of Rockhouse, the first evening celebrates a musical double album – curated like a record with two sides, allowing for shifts in genres and moods. The Irish musician Wallis Bird opens with her folk-rock, oscillating between jazz, rock, and poetic lyrics. Her new album *I Can See Your House From Here* connects personal and collective experiences – a concert that touches and connects. A highlight of the evening is *Songs For The Red Sun*, a tribute to the desert rock legends Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age. Five musicians interpret the hypnotic grooves and razor-sharp riffs of the originals – a must-see for fans of powerful guitar music.
