Guided tour: Heroic and Transfigured
500 years after the Salzburg Peasant War, the exhibition focuses on the reception of peasant revolts in the art of the 19th and 20th centuries. The emphasis is on how the events were interpreted and politically instrumentalized in various epochs, forms of rule, and societal structures. Only in German.
