Poetry Slam
An evening full of word art and humor at the Poetry Slam in Salzburg. Top artists from the German-speaking world present their texts – lively, provocative, and entertaining.
Since 2009, ARGEkultur has been the only regular organizer of this format in the region, presenting a wide range of contemporary literature in a unique competition of words. Participants include Meike Harms, German-speaking runner-up 2023, Lia Hartl, current Austrian champion, Jonas Neuhäußer, Rhein-Neckar champion 2023, Svea Paul, Munich vice-city champion and third-place finisher of the U20 championship 2024, as well as Fabian Navarro, multiple finalist of the German-speaking championships. The evening will be moderated by Ko Bylanzky, musically accompanied by Twang Text.
