Romeo Kaltenbrunner
Romeo Kaltenbrunner travels from Vienna to his hometown. Between nostalgia and social criticism, he explores the question of home and identity in his cabaret program.
Romeo Kaltenbrunner presents his second cabaret program 'HEIMWEH', in which he humorously and critically addresses his personal experiences and the search for home. The evening promises a mix of nostalgia and social reflection as Romeo recounts his journey back to Upper Austria. There, he visits a tent festival and reunites with old acquaintances, which transports him back to his youth. In doing so, he engages with topics such as racism and social exclusion, and poses the question of what home truly means. Kaltenbrunner skillfully combines humor with serious social issues.
