Chez Roland
Chez Roland has been a fixed meeting place for Salzburgers and people from all over the world for decades. It is housed in a more than 1000-year-old building directly on the right bank of the Salzach.
The unique vaulted rooms tell of a time long past and yet connect perfectly with the contemporary expectations of the hostess Claudia Kübler. Chez Roland is not only located in one of the oldest buildings in the city, but has also been part of Salzburg's nightlife for 46 years and was opened by Roland Kübler in 1976.
