As the only specialized academy for beer culture and beer sommelier training, passion, applicability, expertise, and excellence are interconnected here. The diploma sommelier, an internationally recognized educational program for beer experts, was developed by Axel Kiesbye in 2003. The training programs at the Beer Culture House are continuously expanded.

Natural Brewery

Since 2011, Kiesbye has been collaborating with the Austrian Federal Forests and annually launches a new variety of forest beer. Handpicked ingredients from the forests of Austria give these beers a unique aroma.
