In the restaurant Ikarus, a long-held vision of culinary art is realized - the Ikarus concept.
Patron Witzigmann and Executive Chef Martin Klein invite top chefs from around the world to Ikarus, to take the Hangar-7 guests on a culinary world tour. Every month, a different guest chef provides the highest gourmet enjoyment with refined menus and their own personal style.

Monday-Thursday 7 pm-midnight,
Friday-Saturday noon-3 pm and 7 pm-midnight
On the first of every month, it is closed in the afternoon. During this short time, the kitchen team of Restaurant Ikarus manages to adapt to the nuances of the new guest chef. On these days, Restaurant Ikarus opens at 7 PM.
