The Magic Flute
Experience a high-energy adventure for children with a new staging of the famous Magic Flute in the version by Marco Dott based on the singspiel by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Emanuel Schikaneder.
The Magic Flute, directed by Marco Dott, will celebrate its premiere on April 25, 2026, at the Salzburg Landestheater. The piece is based on the singspiel by Mozart and Schikaneder and will be performed in German. This production promises an energetic and loving adventure for young audiences and tells the story of Anna and her friendships. With musical accompaniment by the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg under the direction of Tobias Meichsner, the piece offers an ideal opportunity to discover the exciting world of opera and experience the magic of the Magic Flute.
