Experience Tchaikovsky's magical ballet 'The Nutcracker', a enchanting journey full of fantasy and music, inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann's fairy tale.
“The Nutcracker” is a delightful ballet in two acts, based on the fairytale “Nutcracker and the Mouse King” by E. T. A. Hoffmann, with music by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The story follows Clara, who receives a nutcracker from her Uncle Drosselmeyer. In her dream, he transforms into a prince who takes her on a fantastic journey through the realm of the Sugar Fairy.

All puppets and the entire set were made in the workshops of the Salzburg Marionette Theatre.
