- Option 2 (in case of rain): Gentle bedtime yoga & relaxation
- Calm stretches, breathing exercises, preparation for restful sleep

- Silent meditation and guided gratitude journey
7:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Refreshing Morning Yoga
- Activating practice (Flow & Energy)
- Theme: Abundance, Gratitude & Inner Balance

- Mindful eating in community

10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Me Time
